Worked for forest dept for 2 months but new officers say we don't know you...

The old officer is transferred and new officer is refusing to pay. Only 2 families got forest rights lease in our village, rest waiting from 5 years...
We 13 families live here but only 2 have got forest rights land lease and officers say rest won’t get it though we have applied for it 5 years ago say villagers of Daldaliyapara under Ghaghara village and panchayat of Balarampur district in Chhattisgarh to Sarla Shriwas.
