Karelal Baiga is visiting house of Tikwa Baiga s/o Keju in Amwar village of Mawai block in Mandla district of Madhya Pradesh. He finds that Tikwa was sanctioned a house under Indira Awas Yojna. Brick seller has taken Rs 20,000 from him but the brick is of bad quality and is getting destroyed on its own. Village secretary has also taken Rs 10,000 from him and his house remains as it was.
