For treatment of piles buy some Niranjan fruit (Malva nut) easily available in the local market & soak 1 fruit into water overnight. At morning after peeling eat this soaked fruit & drink the same water in which fruit was soaked in. Similarly, drink buttermilk at noon after adding ½ spoon carom seed powder. In case of excessive bleeding in menstruation soak cumin & coriander overnight. At morning grind these soaked articles using a glass of water & after filtration taking this combination for three consecutive days is useful. In case of lack of menstruation boil nigella, black pepper, cinnamon & cloves 10 gms each in water until decoction is formed.
