Police did not file FIR for 2 years, not acting also after order from High Court...

Shivanand Dwivedi is telling us about complaint by a woman Anganwadi worker against Sarpanch of Kaitha Gram Panchayat Sant Patel in Gangeo block of Rewa district of MP. Local Garh police station did not file a FIR for 2 years. After order from High Court a FIR no 96/16 was filed this month and case was registered.
