Shivanand Dwivedi from Kaitha village in Mangawan tehsil of Gangeo block of Rewa district in MP is sharing his experience of applying for Below Poverty line cards for some poor people in his village and subsequent complaints on Chief Minister helpline. He says after repeated follow ups also no action has been initiated in these applications and complaints from last year.
