Husband ill, house broken, Pls help get me BPL card to get housing support...

My husband is mentally ill. I have two children and the house is almost broken. No one is helping me get Below Poverty line card to also get support for house building says Ramkali to Shivanand Dwivedi from Kaitha village, Mangawan tehsil, Gangeo block in Rewa district, M.P.
