Shyama Devi lives in Dalit colony of Nishia village in Padua Gram Panchayat of Mangawan tehsil, Gangeo block of Rewa district in MP. They don’t own the land where they live. They are very poor. Her husband died 2 years ago. She is old. But she is neither getting Old age pension nor widow pension. This is because her name is not there in the BPL list whereas many rich are there in list.
