Gave birth in Govt hospital, waiting for immediate support from 18 months...

Sangeeta Saket w/o Vinod Saket gave birth to a child in February last year in a Govt hospital. As per rule she should have got Rs 1400 as Janani Suraksha support immdiately. As husband Vinod is a labourer they should also get Rs 7-8,000. But they got none in one and half years.
