Built house after Govt help assurance, waiting for 2 years, lenders harassing...

Murlidhar Patel built his house in 2014 after he got selected as one of the recipients of Indira Awas Yojna. He got first instalment of Rs 35,000 but is running around for rest of money from 2 years. Some say he will have to give bribe then only he will get rest of the money. He had borrowed to complete the house and now they harass him regularly and he does not know what to do.
