One hand pump for 500 dalits and adivasis, please call officers to help them...

We are around 500 Dalit and adivasis live here who have only one hand pump. If we get one more that will help all of us says villagers from Itha village in Kaitha panchayat of Mangawan tahsil in Rewa district of Madhya Pradesh. Panchayat had promised . another hand pump by summer but now the local officers are not visible so that we can check with them.
