No action on order to investigate complaints of alleged irregularities in Panchayat...

Shivannd Dwivedi is talking to Dinesh Singh in Lotni village of Sirmaur tehsil in Rewa district in MP who is showing him an order of investigation under article 40 of Panchayati Raj act on complaints of various alleged irregularities in the panchayat in Swachchh Bharat, Indira Awas, NREGA etc ( letter no 271-SDOS-2016).
