Shivanand is calling from Kaitha village in Mangawan tehsil of Gangeo block in Rewa district of Madhya Pradesh and says their village is surrounded by forest of Sirmaur range and alleges that in the forest lots of illegal tree felling, mining and killing of wild animals is going on. He says he has given proof of all this to local forest officers but they are not acting.
