When dalits did not vote as asked, road to their basti have now been blocked...

In Kaitha village of Mangawan tehsil in Rewa district of Madhya Pradesh around 200 Dalits have been living in old Harjan basti from more than 100 years. They had a connecting road from more than 50-60 years but when dalits did not vote in panchayat as asked by some powerful people the connecting road on Govt land has been blocked and officers are not helping after complaints.
