Farmers getting wrong electricity bills, if you don't pay they cut the connection...

Shivanand is telling about wrong billing by electricity department in his area in Rewa district MP. He is talking to a farmer Rajbahor Patel in Sorahwa village in Hinauti Gram panchayat who tells him he has a 2 HP motor but bill is for 5 HP and 4 times more. And when one doesn’t pay they disconnect the connection. Similarly people are getting bills when they don’t have a meter in their house.
