200 of us worked for Govt in rains last year, still waiting for wages, Pls help...

Kailash Singh Poya is calling from Devri village in Surajpur district in Chhattisgarh to say that last year in rains around 200 of them had worked to build a concrete road. Payment for material have been made but workers got only first instalment. When they go to local officers they say no money has come.
