Officer took Rs 600 bribe from each of us Baiga adivasis promising house...

We have got land right deeds under Forest Rights act then our Secretary Bharat told us that if we give him Rs 600 each then he will also get us support for making houses says Baiga adivasis from Rokhmi village Khamhi panchayat in Pandaria block of Kabirdham district in Chhattisgarh. This was 2 years ago. He has neither got us the support nor has returned the money.
