No electricity in our part of village, Rest of village has light, Please help us...

Ruplal Maravi is calling from Bhagatpara (ward no 6) under Dhummadand village and panchayat in Pratappur block of Surajpur district in Chhattisgarh. He says there is no electric connection in their para even poles are not erected though other parts have electricity. This was complained in panchayat many times but progress has been made till now.
