No handpump in our part of village of 150 people, No one listens, Pls help...

Sarla Shriwas is visiting Chhaprapara in Manjpur village in Pandaria block of Kabirdham district in Chhattisgarh where villagers tell her that in Chhaprapara around 150 adivasi people are living but they have no hand pump. They drink water from well and streams nearby. They have requested local officers many times but no one listens.
