Connecting road to our village gets muddy in rains, dusty in summer, pls help...

Monika Maravi is calling from Baiga Para village of Baiga adivasis in Kamti panchayat in Pandaria block of Kabirdham district Chhattisgarh where village women tell her that connecting road to their village is very bad. It is 2.5 kms to the panchayat which is muddy in rain and dusty in summer and there is no bridge on stream which needs to be crossed .
