Road to our village was sanctioned in 2007-08, still incomplete, please help...

Bhan Sahu has reached Sharda village in Pendri panchayat of Manpur block in Rajnandgaon district of Chhattisgarh where she meets Mr Nureti,Sarpanch who tells him that they don’t have road after so many years of independence. It is difficult to go to market, hospital and high school. It becomes more difficult in rains. Road was sanctioned in 2007 but work is still incomplete as case is in court.
