No toilet for 70 families, very difficult for women, officers say they can't help...

Sarla Shrivas calling from Gudaras village in Salebhatti panchayat of Manpur block in Rajnandgaon district in Chhattisgarh is talking to village women who tell her that their village of 70 families have no toilet and it is very difficult for women to go out for defecation in day and night both.
