Officers threatening us to build toilets, there was no crop, we have no money...

Sarla Shriwas is visiting Dongargaon village under Salebhatti panchayat in Manpur block of Rajnandgaon district in Chhattisgarh where villagers tell her that local officers are forcing us to make toilets in their houses but not giving any monetary support. They says there was no crop this time and there is nothing to eat so how can they build toilets. They are requesting to call CEO@9425228067 and Sarpanch@9406438417 to help them.
