Forest dept plant trees but not trenches to protect, so animals graze plants...

Rajesh Kumar is calling from village Baudhadi in Kunda block of Chatra district of Jharkhand where villages tell him that Forest dept is planting trees from last 3-4 years in the area but are misappropriating money for digging trenches so all the plants are getting grazed by animals. Complaint to forest officers are not working. You are requested to call DC@ 9470197499 and BDO@8651284306 to stop this practice so that forest can grow in the region. Rajesh Kumar@7324947456
