JM Rangeela is visiting Tulbul village in Gomiya block of Bokaro district in Jharkhand where Bir Singh Besra tells him that they lost their land for railway line constructed to supply coal to Govt’s Tenughat power Ltd company. Line is now completed between Dumribihar and Lalpania where work started in 1988-89 but displaced people have neither got compensation nor jobs yet.
