No wages from more than 6 months, Officer demanding 15% bribe, Pls help...

Sadhu Singh Lodhi is calling from Sunahra village under Farswaha panchayat in Ajayagarh block of Panna district in Madhya Pradesh. He says many had worked in road construction but are still waiting for wages from more than 6 months. Sub engineer is demanding 15% as bribe.
