We are very poor but none have got yellow ration cards for poorest people...

Rajkumar is calling from Kogna village in Hunterganj block of Chatra district in Jharkhand and says 1500 very poor people live here but none of them have yellow ration cards for poorest people. It wasa also told to media man times but authorities are not paying attention. Panchayat building work started 5 years back but is still not completed.
