Mangalram Mandavi is calling from Jhirrapara in Kuridihi under Khargaon village in Bade Rajpur block of Kondagaon district in Chhattisgarh and says 50 Adivasi families live here but they don’t have electric connectivity till date. Electric poles were erected 5 years ago but wires have not been pulled yet. Villagers are forced to live in dark. Officers are not paying attention.
