Sarla is visiting Motijhil village in Muzaffarpur district in Bihar where she meets Vikas Kumar who tells her that there is a school in their village which has 85 students. Hand pump for the school is throwing dirty water from more than 2 months. Children need to go half a kilometer at someone’s place who is abusive.
