Administration is illegally building road on land of a poor!

Vishnu Ram from Surguja district in Chhattisgarh says a road is sanctioned in his village by the Govt but the road is getting built on the land of a poor family instead of the govt land as sanctioned. He requests collector Surguja Mr Prasanna to inspect the matter to give relief to the poor family who is getting cheated by the influential people in the village.
