JM Rangeela is talking to Devilal who is striking with workers of Jharkhand Rural Workers Committee in front of subdivision office of Dumari of Giridih district in Jharkhand. He says NREGA work was done by machine replacing laborer. And alleges that some funds were withdrawn but work in pond digging hasn’t started.
