No ration from 5 months, salesman say I've bribed officers, officers don't help...

Dharamdas is calling from village Genda Chikhli from Tahsil Sondwa in Alirajpur district in Madhya Pradesh and says villagers are not getting subsidised ration in Public distribution shops from last 5 months. When they talk to salesman he says he has setting with higher officers, you can complain to anyone. Higher officers are not helping.
