My well caved in due to excessive rain, Please help me get help for another...

JM Rangeela is visiting Meralghotu adivasi village under Tulbul panchayat in Gomiya block of Bokaro district in Jharkhand and talking to Sohan Lal Murmu who tells him that a well was sanctioned to him in 2012-13 under NREGA scheme but that got damaged due to excessive rain in that year.
