PDS system has not improved even after a starvation death

Khuturam Sunani from Nuapada district of Odisha says as you know Laxman Nayak died of starvation when no PDS rice reached his village for 5 months and also there was no NREGA work. We had thought after the report has gone out the administration will be more cautious but in a nearby panchayat people have not got ration for 2 months.
