Handpumps broken, fetch water from a kilometer, please call officers to help

We have 5 hand pumps for more than 500 villagers in our village but only 2 of them are in running condition rest are broken. We fetch water from a km away. This was complained to PHE dept including collector but no one is paying attention say villagers of Dodki in Pali block of Korba district in Chhattisgarh to Sarla Shriwas.
