1 handpump and well for 200 adivasis which dries up in summer, Pls help...

We have one working hand pump and a well for 200 adivasi people in our village which often dries up in summer say villagers of Talguda village under Kuhka panchayat in Etapally tehsil of Gadchiroli district in Maharashtra in their Gondi language to Umeshwari Dugga. we have been requesting for long but no one helps.
