NREGA : Enquiry went back without meeting complainant

Pitbasu Bhoi from Pampapur village of Surguja district says people on this forum know about my case where I was paid my wages late for NREGA work on 100 days. As you also know that I had complained to state and center for compesation of late payment. Recently some officers came for enquiry and went back without meeting me.
