Condition of road to our village bad, need to cross nullah in rain, please help...

Connecting road to our village is in shabby condition. It is just 1.5 kms which is difficult to walk. Vehicle can not reach here. This was complained in panchayat many times including other officials but no one is paying attention say villagers of Kedarpur village and panchayat in Premnagar block of Surajpur district in Chhattisgarh to Mamta Rajwade.
