No handpump for 35 families in our village, drink water from well, falling ill...

There is no hand pump for 35 families in our part of village. We are forced to drink dirty water from wells and are falling ill. We need hand pump for our village. This was complained in panchayat and to MLA many times but no action has been taken say villagers of Khejhuri village under Kotpali panchayat of Balrampur district in Chhattisgarh.
