No hand pump or other safe source of water for 40 families in our village, Pls help...

Shobhapati is calling from Navadih village under Dabar panchayat of Balrampur district in Chhattisgarh and says there is no hand pump or other safe source of water for 40 families in the village. They are forced to drink dirty water from wells which also gets dry in summer. This was complained to officials many times but no one is paying attention.
