We have a irrigation pump from 2003 but waiting for electricity from 12 years...

A pump was installed in our village in 2003 but it is not functional because it has no electricity connection. It requires only 3 poles to be erected to take electricity and hundreds of farmers will get benefited but officers don’t care says villagers from Navapara in Daldoa village under Maheshpur block of Balrampur district in Chhattisgarh to Sarla Shriwas.
