Sarla has reached Dumarpara in Daldoa village under Maheshpur panchayat of Balrampur district in Chhattisgarh and talking to Hardev Singh who tells her that there is no source of water for 12 families in their part of village. They need to cross a busy road to get water from more than 500 meters away. Sarpanch was promised for well but no progress has been made till now.
