School building getting built from 10 years, children suffering, Please help...

In Sonhara village of Balrampur district of Chhattisgarh the scholl building is under construction from 10 years. There is a court case about it. The children are studying in old bVillager Manoj Yadav along with Sarla Shriwas appeals to make phone call to District Educationauilding which is in very bad shape says Manoj Yadav to Sarla Sreevas.
