School leaking from 2 years, students can't study in rain, Officers don't listen....

Water is leaking from roof in our village primary school from last 2 years. It is difficult to teach children when it rains. This was complained to local officers but they give only false assurances say villagers of Kharsotta village under Kochli panchayat of Balrampur district in Chhattisgarh to Govind Pandro.
