No hand pump, drink dirty water from nullah, repeated requests don't work...

Sarla has reached Daldaliya Para under Ghaghra village of Balrampur district in Chhattisgarh and talking to a village woman who tell her that there is no source of water for 6 families and they drink dirty water from nullah. A hand pump is located in neighboring Mohalla but that is broken. Villagers are suffering from many years.
