Bank keeping Tendu collection money for loan repayment!

Afzal Khan from Bhopalpatnam in Chhattisgarh is talking to an adivasi who tells him that Govt has sent cheques as bonus for Tendu leaf collection in 2007. But when they go to local State Bank of India the bank officials are telling that the money is deposited as a return for loan taken by them.
