3 out of 7 hand pumps throw red water, forced to drink dirty water, falling ill...

We have 7 hand pumps in our village but three of them are throwing red water. We are forced to drink dirty water from wells or stream and 300 people of 75 families are falling ill often. This was complained to Sarpanch but no progress has been made say villagers of Daldaliyapara under Ghaghra village and panchayat of Balrampur district in Madhya Pradesh to Govind Pandro.
