Here sanctuary was proposed 20 years ago so we're not getting forest rights...

We requested for land lease under forest rights act in 2013-14 but officers say because a sanctuary is proposed here so people of 123 villages are can’t be given these rights. We live in constant fear of displacement from 1996 when it was first announced say villagers of Daldaliyapara in Ghaghra village and panchayat of Balrampur district in Chhattisgarh to Govind Pandro.
