No toilets, we need to walk long and it's embarrassing but officers don't help...

Sarla Shriwas has reached Daura village and panchayat of Balrampur district in Chhattisgarh and talking to Vimla and Anita who tell her that community toilet has not been constructed yet in their village under Govt scheme. They need to walk a km and it is more difficult in rains. This was complained to officials and form was filled but officers say money has not come from Govt.
