No hand pump in our part of village, people abusive, drink dirty river water...,

There is no hand pump in our mohalla though 40 families live here. We need to go to other ward where people abuse us then we fetch water from river from far away and are forced to drink. This was complained to MLA and Sarpanch including other influential persons but no one is paying attention say village women from ward no 20 in Omkar Nagar village under Jadaundi panchayat of Balrampur district in Chhattisgarh to Kalawati Garhewal.
