No hand pump in our part of village, we drink dirty water from stream nearby...

Govind is calling from Madva village and panchayat in Kusmi block of Balrampur district in Chhattisgarh and talking to villagers who tell him that there is no hand pump or other source of water in ward no 1 so they fetch water from nearby stream and are forced to drink dirty water. This was complained to officials many times but they give only false assurances.
